On 22nd and 23rd of October 2018 the CLP conference of the Chem-Academy took place. One of the main topics was “Art. 45 of the CLP Regulation: regulatory requirements and technical implementation “. Alexander Wegener from opesus gave information about the “Technical Implementation of Art. 45 CLP-VO”.
Daniel Sompolski from ECHA and Dr. Herbert Desel from the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (BfR) spoke about legal obligations.
Following up on October 24, Chem-Academy organized a full-day workshop on “Implementing Technical Solutions to Implement Art. 45 CLP Regulation”. This workshop was led by Markus Pogrzeba and Alexander Wegener, both of opesus.
